Lion’s Mane

lions_maneWe have found Lion’s Mane (a medicinal mushroom) to be an amazing nerve regenerator. Capsules are convenient, but I feel the tincture is 7 times more effective than the capsules. My current go-to brand is Host Defense, which is sold in many places including Amazon.
